PALETTE CINNAMON CHILI SPICE RUB
A wonderful combination of sweet and spicy, this rub is great on chicken,pork, beef, salmon, and veggies. Juices are sealed in and flavors are enhanced. It adds a kick to caramelized onions. Dredge this rub onto all sides of meat and fish. Broil, grill, bake or pan sear to desired doneness. Sprinkle vegetables with oil and rub and toss. Next grill, broil, bake or saute. |
